Flooded with phone calls from voters, House GOP drops effort to gut ethics panel

The African-American civil rights movement died the moment people started rioting and were no longer peaceful protestors

Well that's a load of objective bullshit

Americans need to get better at protesting. You wanna look at a country that gets shit done with protesting? Look at South Korea. Not only did they stage HUUUGE peaceful protest but they even cleaned up after they were finished.

south koreans love a good riot

Only in America is "stay on the sidewalk, obey the law" considered a virtue.

Our government is not afraid of its people. That is because its people do nothing but bitch and moan on the internet and occasionally sign petitions.

Some kids burning a gas station in Ferguson had more of a political impact than decades worth of Al Sharpton peaceful protest "change the system from within!" crap. Hate or love Al Sharpton, he's the pinnacle of liberal pacifism.

He accomplished jack shit.

Americans aren't disruptive. That's their problem. And so powerful people always get away with fucking them over. And we accept it.
