Yeah, if you’re talking about the arrest that happened a couple days ago, he should 100% have been arrested and should be fired. And that department should thank their lucky stars he didn’t kill someone, whether from misjudging a use of force situation or from driving into them head-on, or any other number of ways.
In addition: any of his partners who suspected or knew something but didn’t say anything are absolutely worthless and should be disciplined. Maybe not fired, but I think two weeks of unpaid leave would be fair, especially considering they’d be on the shit list for a long time after they came back anyways.
