The goal of our prenuptial is if we ever do need it down the line, we already have a fair agreement of how things will be handled. This agreement will help us prevent the bickering and squabbling that can come with divorces. With a agreement set in place it protects both our rights, property now and later, and if children are involved what concessions we both agreed to before our marriage.

I don’t plan on skimping but I also don’t want to waste the lawyers and our time coming in unprepared. We want to come in knowledgeable of what we need to discuss and a agreement beforehand. This way it’s less back and forth and more legal advice.
