Florida's new ban on transgender students in sports would allow schools to subject minors to genital inspections

Let sports leagues figure it out themselves,

Sports leagues are already figuring it out themselves but they need legislation for high school sports

if it really gets to the point where it's enough of a problem that some kind of law needs to be passed, address it then.

This sounds good in theory but if some high school girl gets injured there is going to be a massive lawsuit against the school system that let them compete. Fallon Fox (transgender professional Ufc fighter) has fractured 2 girls skulls in the ring. Some sports are not safe to have these kinds of biological differences. I'm aware that schools don't typically hold MMA fights but "wait and see what happens" is a horrible way to go about legislating contact sports
