Fluffy banana fritters
Mix all dry ingredients. Mash bananas with a fork and stir into flour mixture. Heat 3-4 tbsp cooking oil on high and spoon batter into pan. Fry fritters until brown and crispy on both sides - you might need to gradually add more oil inbetween batches. Place them on a paper towel from the pan. Serve with any topping of preference, I think chocolate topping compliments the salted caramel and banana flavor really nicely. :)
