Festival/concert lovers are like extroverts or furries and poly people in that they secretly believe everyone is one poetic Instagram caption or one good experience from being converted, and anyone who won’t convert or who says “that positive experience is not my experience with that thing” is automatically a total killjoy who never wants anyone to be happy ever again.

Just kind of like pushing back on that presumption. Also, I dislike the pseudo-deep writing style of that comment. So that’s part of it, too. Describe crowds in whatever middle school poetry you like, still sounds like describing an actual circle of Hell. Making that known.
