Fmr. McDonald's USA CEO: $35K Robots Cheaper Than Hiring at $15 Per Hour

Holy shit socialist much? Hawking was born with one of the most brilliant scientific minds, but has never experienced labor and the life of a regular person, even if he didn't have the disability. Considering you seem like the person who reeeeally cares about identity politics, you are basing your opinion on a very privlidged white male. The reality is that giving the government the power to take over private industries and redistribute wealth has been done before pretty recently in a place called Venezuela. It was done in many other socialist countries.

The only way you will be able to redistribute the wealth is by force, and to take money from wealthy people, who may or may not have earned it, and give it to poorer people, who for sure didn't earn it, is stealing. When you go down the rabbit hole of how to enforce this plan, it always ends up with violence.

You are confusing free market capitalism with the current government influenced corporatism that we have now through over regulation and corruption by both parties, with the Bush's Clintons and Obama's all being majo factors in creating this system that only benefits the rich.

I personally believe we need less government regulating what people do with their own money, bodies and time. I believe this should extend to business as well. But if you think that the redistribution of wealth is the only way to go, you need to explain how you intend to take millions and millions of dollars from law abiding US citicizens who also have the right to keep and bear arms, specifically for an event where the government becomes tyrannical, which this will most certainly be seen as by many many people. Otherwise your point is just typical teenage whining about rich people that has been happening for decades.
