Literally the trigger is the only problem I can see with it. And yes, the Tavor looks good, because they designed how it looks before designing the actual gun itself. Obviously so many people can tell you why that's a problem. Its reliability is fine but it's harder to clean and take apart, the magazine release is in probably the worst possible spot, and the gas ventilation is bad and frequently causes it to gas your face. It's rear heavy as hell while the AUG is more balanced weight-wise. Also, the trigger I am not sure on, that seems to be hit-or-miss, I've seen some people love the Tavor trigger and others absolutely hate it, though maybe they were using earlier ones. But it IS reliable so there's that. I think the AUG is simply better designed though.
