For Ballon Boy, first off make sure to be looking down low cause he’s really short. The loud, short deflating sounds mean he is moving and his position has shifted slightly, like the footsteps of the others. The longer deflating sounds, other ballon sounds, and him laughing or greeting you mean nothing. Once he stops moving, sweep back and forth through the static, shifting when he moves or teleports after a false run or malfunction, until he runs at you and materializes.

For Circus Baby, keep your phone pointed at the ground through the entire encounter. Her malfunctions are almost instantaneous death. Once she stops moving, sweep through the static like a madman with your phone pointed low, and quickly bring it up when she runs at you. Important to note, she can start running then malfunction, so look down quickly if she tries to trick you with that. Shock when she materializes.
