See through scopes would be nice, though not needed. Critical hits outside vats, I'm looking for a good perk overhaul, so I'd appreciate a recommendation, a mod that adds junk walls to all the settlements, removing stuff like god rats, and a bunch of stuff for dogmeat, like helmets, boots, armor.
