What's funny about this is that this is a common experience with computers, people for whatever reason just don't want or can't learn basic things about them. It sucks that a manager is telling him to smile more especially if he suffers from depression, but it is true, you have to do your shit job or be homeless. It's the reason why anyone with a brain is a leftist.

I do feel for him that some people can be just annoyingly ignorant about technology and even worse are proud of it. With some people you can only give so much patience but with a basic job, I'd imagine he doesn't have to deal with them for too long, it's not like he lives with any of these people.
