i know someone like this and they are obsessed with it being tribal related like it was a badge of honor while still acknowledging the sheer pointlessness of it being about the arbitrary location they are from.

They often compare themselves with those of tribal and viking battles of the past as if they are great veterans of mighty battles, when back in reality they are some pissed up yobos looking to release the frustration that their own existence is mundane and arguably forgettable

Its all about creating a name, a story, a mythology around your own life, as sheild to protect them from the ever increasing depression of knowing they didnt make anything of themselves when they had the chance
