Football game gets interrupted by airstrike. Game keeps going!

Pretty standard tbh, shelling and bombing isn't much of a deal, for one because it tends to be very common in any prolonged conflict, second there isn't much you can do, by the time you figure where it will land you are either safe, or fucked.

You don't get as much used to it as you simply blend it out, there are however a few things not even desensitisation can make easier, such as hunger.

To give you a little personal anecdote. I grew up in a very tidy and clean family, you had to take care of your stuff and yourself down to the last thing even remotely resembling a spot, which of course didn't sit too well with a rebellious teenager. So this one time when my mother went to the market, before going she told me to fold and put all the freshly washed cloths into the cupboard. My parents bed, or well, beds in general were to be as straight as glass when not used, so I threw all the cloths around the room in an act of secret, yet petty defiance, hoped on the bed, threw cushions around for fun, scribbled shit on every single mirror only to hear the shelling starting as I was wailing in my petty mess of cloths.

My reaction to that? I was pissed, because I knew mom was coming homing (the market and inner city were the most shelled parts), which meant I had to fix the mess I've created in less than half an hour.
