The problem would be people not working as much. So they will be taking in more resources (food housing, repair) than they produce. So we would need other ppl to work for free for them, which most people do not want to do for strangers. Then if they have children they may do the same and be even more net negative in resources. (We know personality is roughly 50 percent genetics and 50 percent environment. So they could easily be net negatives seeing how their parents behave). This will require more ppl to work for free for them. Eventually the society runs out of resources or people willing to do it for free and it'll collapse. Similar to many communist regimes.
