For conservatives that compare NY COVID deaths/cases to other states like FL and TX and conclude lockdowns dont work, do you account for the differing densities of populations as well as way of living? (Ex: NY residents rely on high traffic methods of public transportation such as the subway, etc)

I should have known this would be a waste of time, but since you want to try to sound smart with statistics, you need to know that there is no alternate Florida and alternate New York to compare things to, so your whole argument about outliers is completely absurd. Florida in New York both have similar populations, only Florida has a much more elderly population. How is it that New York has done worse in death count and in spread If they supposedly had a better policy to prevent these things? The only answer here is that the lockdowns did not work, they did not work. They didn't work in New York, they didn't work in California where the governor is going to be recalled because he has put the boot on his people too much.
