You could have given better examples of your previous work. The current ones don't say much about your performance.

• E-commerce clothing store - picture of a $1mil in "total sales" in a 2 month period. Where is your contribution to this? No info is shown.
• Restaurant FB and Google Ads - picture of Analytics traffic, no idea of Google Ads campaign performance or KPIs, and a picture of post engagement for a couple of campaigns, no comparison to previous performance or KPI's, again, where is your contribution to this? Just setting up the campaign?
• SaaS FB ads - same as above
• Dropshipping accessories store - the only one semi-relevant, there's a picture with a 44% sales increase, but again we have no idea how you got this? If ad spend increased by 70% and sales increased by 44% then this isn't very good, is it?

You would be better off going a bit more in-depth with your examples and show some KPIs and how hiring YOU improved the business. Right now you're not saying much.
