ok,here are some of my hints for certain attacks:

when he does the dive you just need to dash as fast as possible,after dashing,while he's still diving jump to make sure you avoid the waves,attacking him is risky so i don't recommend,sometimes he teleports and then dives a second time,but just do the same thing from the first hint

his homing attacks are really easy to dodge,a dash is good but a simple walk is enough,i don't recommend jumping. After the homing attack hits the ground then its your time to hit him,dashing is good to reach him but a spell is also good from longer distances

his walk is just... jump and when he is bellow you hit down+attack button,wall jumps also work

while soul master does the walk+4 rotating shots,it's hard to dodge,you need to time so that when you are bellow him,you do a up attack and manage to land in beetwenn the shots just to jump again,when the shots return you can use whatever you want to dodge,even just normal walking

when he gets stunned or just stopped moving,just attack or recover,again,a dash is good to reach him but a spell also works for longer distances

i think that's all the attacks,if my hints are confusing you can just tell me and i can change some or make it more simple(i can delete this comment if it sucks)

(btw wayward compass isn't necessary for reaching the boss,i bet you can do it from memory,you can use the hints for the homing shots and teleports for some enemies)
