For the this was not TH body people.

Oh, here, let me try.... I say to the judge... "You're honor, the state notes that it was never claimed or implied that this bullet is one of the two that all experts related to this case agreed were fired into the victims skull. Those rounds were never recovered. Due to the fact that it is highly unlikely for a .22 round to go through both sides of a human skull, and no exit wounds were found in the victims remains, the state fully agrees with the defense's position that the bullet in question was, in all likelihood, not fired into the head of the victim. If this round passed through just the flesh of the victim, it is highly likely that it would be slowed enough to ricochet off of the interior wooden wall, particularly if the bullet hit the wall at anything other than a perfect 90 degree angle. This scenario would explain how this bullet came to rest off to the side in the garage, underneath the air compressor as seen in this photo. The defense findings also proves that this round was not fired somewhere else and then driven to the crime scene, as the defense counsel had publicly proclaimed in this social media post. Furthermore, it is the states position that the defense findings in regard to this bullet are clearly a further implication of Mr. Avery's guilt, and we ask this court to reject Mr. Avery's petition because, as noted by anyone who looks at this evidence, Steven Avery is clearly guilty as fuck. The state rests, your honor."
