For people that say "You can't judge him, he's not going to hell"

Allah SWT speaks in a general sense in the Qur'an. If someone does good deeds, they attain Paradise, if they do bad deeds, they enter Hellfire. But just because someone does good deeds does not mean they are guaranteed Paradise. This is why we do more and more good deeds every day, and ask for forgiveness of our sins. We are not chosen people like the Jews believe in their religion, and we are not automatically granted Paradise by believing in Jesus dying on the Cross for our sins, like the Christians believe. I'm sure you're aware of the vast number of supplications in the Sunnah asking Allah SWT to allow us o enter Paradise and for Hellfire to be kept away from us. This is because no one is guaranteed anything except those whom Allah has revealed their fate (i.e. the prophet PBUH and the Companions RA are all in Paradise confirmed).
