For post-op stealth transbians

I'm actually...a gay trans guy...but I know a little bit about the procedure for post-OP trans women, so if I may, could I talk a little bit about it?

So, I've heard that trans women, after the surgery, do not naturally secrete their own sex fluids. You don't self-lubricate. Whereas I, an AFAB person, get wet and stuff naturally when excited, a trans woman will not, since you don't have the glands inside to cause that. You will need lube, I'm pretty sure. That will be quite noticeable, but then again, it may not be if your partner's hands have lube on them already.

I'm not sure about taste, though. Again, since you don't have the glands that naturally secrete sex fluid, it may...taste differently? Or more dry?

This is a good question for a surgeon, because essentially you are asking the differences between a cisgender vagina and a transgender vagina. There aren't many differences (as opposed to transgender penises, I know there are quite a few differences there), but one of the major ones is self lubrication and the inability to get wet.

Also, depending on how early you are post-OP, and if you've regrown hair down there, you may be able to see the suture work and stuff like that...

I hope this helps, and I hope you get someone way more qualified than me to give you a more extensive answer!
