The older I get, the more free I feel to absolutely discard any and all silly bullshit that comes out of peoples mouths about me or any of my doings.
Not too long ago i was told by a VERY amused coworker about how someone who works on the unit was musing aloud about my husband: what would a guy married to NoOne be like? What sort of a guy would marry someone like NoOne? What does he look like? She just could not imagine. She was mystified! How could someone marry NoOne? Was he even real .....? I laughed and went about my business.
(The reason she hates me is that I reported her when she happened to mention very pointedly that us nurses disgusted her, all of us and she would have no problem bringing her gun in and settling the issue.... Permanently. This was right after some big school shooting to boot.
Honestly dont know how she has a job. I watch her like a hawk and she hates me for it.)
