For the third straight year, the Jaguars coaching staff will be coaching at the Senior Bowl

I'm not sure where you are going with this chain of comments.

Your first post is about how LeBaue can't work without the right talent, well Jags have no defensive talents to speak of so you're gonna need to work with what you have and whatever you draft this year regardless of what defensive coordinator they hire. LeBaue managed over 40 years in the NFL as a coach, he know how to make the best when lacking talent, otherwise he would not have made it this far without stacked teams.

Your last point makes it seem like he can't improve your offense either. Then you should be glad to see him go to the Jags seeing as that might make you one stop closer to winning the Division.

Seems like your just trying to kill any chance of talking about. If that's your goal, clearly you are scared of losing him.

My entire point here was never for LeBaue to come in and force his system on the Jaguar. Gus is a good defensive coach, and the system he is trying to build can help. Their offense is click already so he can focus on the defense the coming season.

The problem here is that this is his first time as a HC and for certain areas he seem to be in over his head. A perfect fit for a DC for the Jags would be someone willing to work with him, advice him, someone preferably with long coaching experience that can advice him not only on the defensive side but also on being a head coach. Someone that's likely to stick around for a while if given the job.

Dick LeBaue fits this description. He pretty much said that he wants to stick to DC jobs until he no longer wants to coach last offseason before signing with you guys.

Will this happen? Probably not. I though it would be a good match, however unlikely to happen.

Clearly you seem to think he is a bad fit for both the Jags and you guys. So I'm not sure where you are heading with your train of thoughts. I guess I just have more faith in his adaptability then you have.
