For those who have worlds, what are the delicacies and pastries of your world, or how would your world view the dishes of others?

I haven't focused too much on food until recently. But I can list off some delicacies in my current book.

The region of Osterlin, especially towards the northern half, mainly relies on goats for meat. Beef can only be afforded by the nobility and guildlords. While pigs exist but are not eaten as much. Sheep and goats are eaten instead.

A commoners breakfast would consist of a bowl of porridge made from lightly ground grains mixed with warm milk and dried fruits. A side to eat with porridge is a biscuit like bread called Puun. Puun is a biscuit cut and shaped into little triangles or squares and toasted in olive oil and garlic being topped with a bit of cheese. Though a no cheese version can be eaten during trips or as a field snack. And to add some protein, goat sausage can be ordered with your porridge and puuns. The sausage is usually spiced with bits of salt and pepper and roasted on an iron rack over a fire.

For dinner you, mutton stew is your choice of meal. Usually made of mutton ribs and chunks simmered in a stew of celery, peas, and onions with pinches of garlic and flour to give the meat a gummy texture.
