This thread got far more political than it needed to be. I don't doubt this post for its legitimacy like I have seen others claim to know is fact. I also feel that an honest mistake is easy to make, especially if OP is ESL. Give them a break man, they're making the effort to learn another language, which is more than can be said for those self entitled butterflies who get upset because nobody can read their mind, to see what they identify as.
