forgot the email and password to my epic games account

i had a similar problem last year and i send an email to epic saying that i opened my acc using an email that i no longer have access to and they responded really quickly and asked a few things but they be up allowing me to change the email and password. (i think one of the things they asked was the name of the account and the credit card info i use to buy things in the game but i cant remember correctly)

(I opened my epic account on iOS using my facebook that had an old email i no longer have access to, so i told them i wanted to open my account on a switch but i couldn't since i didn't know the password and i couldn't change it becu they send the codes to an email i don't have access to)
