Form Check Friday for 2018-07-13

I’ve got pistols as well as some mixed grip pull ups here.

I feel like my pistols are decent, I feel I need to reduce my forward lean and get my arms in tighter, but I feel that is part of “progressing” the exercise. Any and all criticism is welcome and encouraged.

I also feel good about my pull ups, I’ve had to clean up my form on them a lot after a long bought with golfers elbow. But again, I’m posting here so I can be corrected if I’m wrong!

My last video before that one also has a clip of ring Dips and progressing towards RTO Dips which I could also use some critique on if anyone is interested.
