I have a formal/corporate personality, where does this come from? And how can I accept it? 19 M

Fair question, I've been to a clinic and did a brain scan.

As I did have a lot of behavioral problems as a kid, however, they didn't diagnose me with any condition. They just saw that a specific part of the brain was having more activity, around anxiety/stress/focus. Which I took supplements for and eventually chilled out. I wasn't a very happy kid either at the time, parents got divorced.

This type of personality only started picking up when I was 15, I have a deep voice, and the way I spoke to people online they thought I was in my early 20's or 30's. This assumption still happens today, I'm just closer to the age people assume I was. That's when I started feeling different.
