3.August,2015 (after season 2015 playoff), Toys submitted a transfer request/ leaving request, due to their friendly relationship in the past, he suggested collaborating with HKES in economic way in the future which this suggestion had been agreed by HKES in their reply letter.
October,2015, Toys received a letter from HKES that Hong Kong police wanted him back to Hong Kong for his collaboration related to a economic crime. It also mentioned that he was not in the team anymore and requested him to leave the player house immediately.
After the above incident happened Relationship between Derek and him was broken at this point. But he was still looking for a mutual termination of his contract with HKES, therefore, he asked a friend of Derek to interpose, at last, Derek asked a unaffordable price which Toys can never pay.
6.Late October,2015 After investigation,Hong Kong police found Toys had no relation in the economic crime mentioned above.
7.April ,2016. After putting lots of efforts, he finally raised enough funding from friends, potential investor and loans. However, Derek increased the price every time he raised enough money,4 times in total. Toys was exhausted at this point and sought for solution in legal way.
