i bought an xbox about 6 months ago just because all the videos of PUBG made it look super fun (and i've never been anything more than a casual console gamer). i usually get a kill or 3 but it always mostly consists of me running in one direction toward the center of the play area and searching for other people to shoot. and i'm tense the entire time because i'm constantly waiting to get shot from behind.

what's the secret? is there a way to know where the play area will be? or do you just have to know where vehicles are and hope you get to one first? i only find one every so often but i've never really studied up on where the best place to find them is.
