I found this article about "7 Styles You Should Retire by Age 30" and...

The article is perpetuating boring and stupid societal cliches. The truth is that being over/under 30 does not necessarily determine how fit and "good looking" your body is nowadays. Tons of over 30 years old women who look "younger"/ "fitter" than many 20 years old. Our world is complex, ever changing. It's creating embarrassing situations. Like this guy who was flirting had with me assuming I was under 30 (Im 40) and telling me how he is not attracted to women over 30 like if they were some kind of monster. It made me feel ashamed to be 40 (this feeling is wrong but I could not control it at the moment), what kind of crap is that. Or the people who keep saying "oh you look so much younger than your age". No. I don't. I just don't look like their narrow minded expectation of what a 40 years old should look like. Women are so complex in their mental, physiological, emotional diversity. Smart people embrace that, the rest of the world is still living in a small sad boring delusional world of rigid benchmarks.
