Not to mention how active the Terraria modding community is

It's really not anymore. They turned it into a turf war of sorts, and naturally, a lot of the more mature coders/spriters have left the scene. If you even bring up EA or Afk's Pets in the wrong discord, you will be immediately banned--cause turf war. They argue over crap like balancing and sprite quality to the point where they're ready to meet up and fist fight. I'm not even exaggerating. Most of the coders are literally children, so what can ya do. On Discord one day, I even came across Fargowilta and a friend trash talking a highly skilled team and their amazing mod one day--it was sad when I finally pieced together what it was over. I had always assumed Fargo was a nice guy from the TCF, but once you get away from the adults, he's a really big douchebag.
