Found keys on Washington and bergen in brooklyn on Saturday 9/26 around noon. Get at me if you know anyone who lost their keys today.

i doubt they're significantly less than the chances that the person would've found them if he left them there.

I was gonna say this, but then i thought for a second about what the thought process of OP mustve been, and i realized that every time I've ever seen someones keys on the ground I've left them there. So yeah i would've killed OP left them there and OP probably could do with being killed should've too and (unless you find the keys in some kind of establishment and can give them to someone who will definitely be able to return them to the owner.).

You know, i haven't lost my keys in a while, but in the course of my life I've still lost them many times. I once considered getting one of those wallet chains and this thread is reminding me how practical it is. If only it didn't look so.. or maybe it doesn't look weird and just has some stigma around it that might even fade. Yeah thats what I'm hoping.

But you know.. hungry now raises a good point. If you left the keys there.. in fact.. If you could count on everyone in the entire world to just leave the keys there then this whole i lost my key wouldn't be a problem. Everyone would be like "lost? it? wat? just revisit the places you've been over the last couple days." Ah well. Take it from me, our best bet is to kill OP. until the punishment for every crime is waterboarding, and everyone gets waterboarded once just so they know what they're up against, this country will never be safe. Sometimes i stay up nights planning when would be best to kill OP unable to sleep for the thought that so many people out there know they can do anything they want without fear of any punishment thats even water related. Heck if we all meet now I'm sure we could kill him within 48 hours you could rape a bald eagle while screaming your social security number and holding your drivers license and put it on youtube, and they wouldn't waterboard you one bit. Yet still people insist that this is the land of the free. "Being the land of the free but not being free to waterboard our criminals is about as useful as a trap door in a canoe." - Cleatus
