I have found a literal drug withdrawl hack, no joke

Please don't do this. Being a raw vegan is one of the worst things you can do for your health. Vegetables are FULL of anti-nutrients which not only wreak havoc on your digestive system (gut lining, bowels), they will also hinder any meaningful absorption of nutrients and strip your body of its mineral deposits and trigger immune reactions. There's a reason why we ferment, cook, soak and prepare vegetables in many different ways, and you'll soon find the merit of that if you keep eating this way. Our bodies are not designed for eating like grazers do.
You're also not going to get nearly enough of the vitamins, minerals, protein, cholesterol or crucial fatty acids that your body needs for hormone production among other things. Examples would be the type of iron found in vegetables as opposed to heme-iron found in red meat (notice how your doctor will recommend heme-iron supplements, and not the other kind - your bodys ability of absorbing it are like night and day compared to plant iron), B-vitamins, vitamin D3 versus D2, the list goes on and it's the same with the entire palette of vitamins and minerals.

Again, I highly recommend you NOT to do this. If you found that this somehow helped you get through withdrawals and get off tramadol, that's amazing and I'm happy for you, but this way of eating is a fast track to poor health and consequently poor behaviour, which you do not want in your particular situation. Writing this with best intentions, brother.
