Lurker first post here but I'm in the same boat as you u/dndnerd42 28M CF and while I avoid the child bingo's, everyone and I mean everyone asks why/how I'm single. Family members, co workers, people in line at the store making chit chit while I'm buying ice cream. "O you're not buying that to take home to your GF/SO, but you're good looking how are you single?" Well lady theres a big world out there and I'm to busy exploring it.

I have an Introverted personality so quality time by myself is fine and I tend to move/take jobs in different states, to me the amount of people I've met and continue to meet make it worth it. Also piggybacking another users comment talk to me about you investments and retirement accounts or better yet travel plans global or local, do you have a rainy day funds? That to gets me going.

So I feel you 28M SINGLE and CF can be a dozy but if you stay after what makes you happy and wake up every morning. I can deal with people voicing their concerns warranted or not.
