First of all that was a little hard to read, not the end of the world but maybe next time put a little more into grammar and spelling, to help the readers out.

Now in my opinion, you should do what you want to do. Which doesn't exactly help. You say your proud to be a man of you word. So why not go? F1 sounds like it could be kinda fun, and if your just going as friends there will probably be plenty of opportunity to talk to other girls. And maybe make friends with other dudes. Go and have fun, don't worry about what that chick will think. I wouldn't even think about what to do after the weekend yet, cause the weekend hasn't even happened. Live more in the moment rather than worrying about insufficient unclear things in the future.

Hope this helps atleast a bit, I think you have some of the ideas down, but not necessarily the right mindset. It's very difficult and takes lots of work to consistently be in the proper healthy mindset, especially when trying to break out of a shitty pattern from the past. Long story short, don't care about what this girl, or anyone really, thinks. Just do what you want and enjoy doing it.
