Sorry for offending anyone. Just wanna talk. That's why I qualified it like I did. Doesn't make sense to me how I can qualify my statement in a way that supports the argument, but still get so much flak for bringing up a debatable point. Technically we don't even know if this is unconstitutional yet bc it hasn't been fought in court. However, amendments 9/10 make a pretty compelling argument. I'd love to have a dialogue and learn why I'm wrong as opposed to being downvoted into oblivion and shitted on bc I expressed my full opinion. No one is helped by shutting down the conversation. Unpopular opinions should be included for the sole reason that not including them sends them behind closed doors where they can't be monitored.
