I found a strange bottle in my new house. Now, I really wish I hadn't opened it. [Part 2]

Hmm, so, no essay this time. This message is definitely coming out to be pretty creepy. That looks to me (no expert but really interested) like part of a rune. I could (and probably will be) totally wrong on this, but I think it looks like, assuming up is up and down is down, the Pagan rune Nauthiz (Celtic rune Neid) or the letter N. In celtic, this often means the word need or hardship. You can google runes, but ref Here or maybe Here Like I said, maybe the letter N. It's kind of weird to come out this way, but this is-- as far as I know-- a kind of old school (I mean really old old school) style of magic. This page talks about HooDoo), a kind of mesh of different spellcasting religions mushed into one. (Also not an expert on this, haven't heard much about it before but there appears to be a decent amount of bottle-y stuff.) It's actually a pretty interesting read, and talks about dispelling bottle spells. I'm trying to keep an open mind here, other religions and magics are weird, but shit, I'm not about to walk into a demon-summoning circle or shit like that. Who knows what works and what doesn't? The olde school pagan magic my wife is all about is more on the psychic, herbal, and spiritual side. I'll look into it more later and dig around to see if I can find a better match for the message's rune. It's creepy and freaky and weird, I'll give you that.
