Found this today at a side job. Someone was trying to lower their electric bill.

I have been addicted to computers and electronics since the Pentium 286mhz *TURBO(!)

Back then, things were really expensive, so if I wanted to own them, I had to fix things I got with the trash and handouts. (Over here in the Netherlands, we used to have "trash days", where everyone puts their big trash on the side of the road to get collected) When I was twelve, I had 10 television sets in my room and I was selling amplifiers and televisions I repaired.

Fast forward 30 years and I have a full wallet, but the addiction won't stop...I still fix broken stuff and am superhappy with it. Surround set? Servers? You name it. It ain't much if it ain't broken! And I'm kind of proud that my house is filled with trash that other people want to have now I've fixed them and cleaned them.

Electronics have a soul to me, and I hate it when people neglect them \o/

Last week I saw a guy driving a car wich could pay for half of my house, totally losing himself in the thrift store electronics department. I get it.
