Foundation threatens to sue Senator Marc Rubio for tweeting bible verses

you supplied the term "affirmative"--I never used it

No, I actually used the term "an affirmative". I also used the word "definitive". I fail to see how either of those in any way affects the discussion. I mean, you're not trying to twist my words into something about affirmative action programs are you? Really? Really??

This is a very simple and potentially fruitful discussion that doesn't need all of your hand waiving and invective. You said that an Establishment Clause violation requires government action. I pointed out, with a direct citation to a Supreme Court opinion, that other types of constitutional violations can arise from government inaction and asked you why you thought the Establishment Clause would be any different. It was simple question about your post, not a personal attack on your intelligence.

I'm sorry if my post hurt your feelings somehow and that you felt it necessary to respond by trying to demean me rather than discuss the issue, but I'm still awaiting an answer on my original question. Why do you think the Establishment Clause is different? (And if you dig hard enough and actually think about it a little rather than letting your ego answer for you you'll actually find that there's a reasonable argument in your favor).
