I am 40+, uncut, 6.5"/6", and living in the US. - I was small at your age, as I didn't hit puberty until I was 18 - Never tracked my growth, but I think I stopped growing at age 20 - Thickness won't be an issue for most girls, as long as you take it easy. I've been with multiple partners of various sizes/ages and never experienced issues of too thick. Length is a more prevalent issue (like hitting the cervix when going all the way in with some women), but it's super-easy to manage if you are gentle, relaxed and communicate with your partner during sex (I know, easier said than done when you're not very experienced or it's the first time you have sex with a date). - Most educated/experienced girls won't give you any shit for being uncut, rather the opposite. I had several previous partners who only had sex with circumcised men before me and they all loved that I was intact (always fun to keep it as a surprise for when they first take out your penis). - I find that being uncut helps mitigate possible girth issues, as your foreskin can facilitate a more gentle entry in a vagina that is tight or not fully wet/lubed/engorged. Of course, that is only relevant if you have sex without a condom, which is really only recommended when you're with a steady partner who is on birth control - pill or IUD -, you're both non-promiscuous, and you have both tested negative for HIV/STD. - 6 inch girth might be larger than average, but I never experienced that my dick felt or came across as gigantic. In general, women are less obsessed than guys about dick size. What is important to them is that you know how to use your tool (again: when you're big, that means in the first place being gentle going in and being receptive to the feedback you get from her during intercourse) and that it feels good or, even better, make them come. - I don't have any experience with girls comparing my dick with guys in videos, as none of my former partners or current gf are into porn, but maybe that's a generational thing and it's more common with younger generations. I definitely wouldn't lose any sleep over it!
