Why do foxbrained people always have to bring it up

I feel ya. When I was still in touch with my family, family dinners were always LOUD. Argumentative the entire dinner, clucking like hens, talking over one another, putting down one another...it got to be so bad that me and my siblings had to enforce "no politics" at the table rule. Parents did not always obey. I no longer have any contact with them. Even my siblings are conservatives and they don't even realize it. It's sad. It wasn't even politics that tore my family apart, it was my parents' narcissism that had already been there in the beginning. It wasn't until the Trump craze that it became even more intensified. For God's sake, one time my father met me at a car rental place to help me rent a car and when I got there, I saw him arguing with a tow truck guy in the parking lot. Turned out my father deliberately clipped the guy's side mirror to cut him off at an exit while going over the solid white line. Father said that he might need help because police might come take him away. I was like no, this is not my problem.
