[FR] Lost Frame Once and It's Over

If you think forcing her to pay for dinner makes you look alpha, guess again.

My point was to not go out for dinner in the first place. It gives off a vibe of desperation.

That's not to say I'm completely opposed to taking girls on dates, but I've seen too many guys shoot themselves in the foot by dating women who haven't done anything to indicate that they're an interested in having sex.

And if that's the case, then the date is interpreted by the woman as her reward for "just being you because I think you're awesome :)" and therefore she'll never feel the need to put out, since she only fucks the men who've made her feel like she needs to compete for them. Taking her on a date, without a mutually understood expectation of sex, has the opposite effect: It makes her feel comfortable, as if she doesn't have to put out for the guy (and she likely won't until "he's earned" another few dates).

I personally don't take a lot women on actual dates because I'm selective about it. Before I ask a girl out, she needs to be an HB7+ who's outside my social circle and fulfills one of the following two criteria:

  • We've had a past interaction where she made it obvious that she wants hook up with me.

  • We've at least gotten to first base at some point in the past.

With the exception of the women who fit that very specific criteria, it really just makes no sense to bring women out on dates. Why? because the girls I meet in bars are too fucking easy to hook up with.

Are bar skanks the exception? No. They're the norm in today's society.

So what does that tell us? That women make it easy for the guys they meet in bars, but *make it hard for the guys who take them out on dates because it's their only possible way of preserving their ego.***
