Fragrances that YOU hate, but that others like on you?

I have two that fits this category!

The first one is Coco Vanille by Mancera. It's your typical suntan lotion type of scent: coconut, vanilla, tiaré and so on. The thing is, this stuff is really sweet and the projection is nuclear. So powerful that I get sick of it after one or two hours, then I need to take a shower and wash my clothes. The sillage it lingers must be really pleasing tho because I had many people asking what I was wearing. I guess it's due to the enormous projection.

The second one is Bleu de Chanel EDT. A cult classic, and for good reasons. I've always had mixed feelings about this one, I acknowledge it's mass pleasing and easy to wear but it doesn't exactly fit my style. Despite that, seems like the crowd really likes it. I recieved many compliments when using it. And I get it because the first time I smelled it (many many years ago) and I wasn't into perfumes I thought "This one is really good!" and bought it for my dad. Everytime he wore it I had to come closer and smell it. And that's the quintessential demonstration that even when you love a scent, it's important to understand if you love it on you also.
