For all of you bummed out that this was unnecessary, I happen to agree, but I'm glad it happened. I personally dont think it was that bad, but the Democrats owned up to their skeletons and didnt try to make excuses about it. Republicans are still protecting a man that preys on young girls and Trump who admitted to sexual assault on tape. There is nothing wrong with self improvement and today Franken fell on his sword to protect the integrity of his Senate seat and to show respect for owning up to one's mistakes and taking responsibility for your actions.

Are the Republicans going to do anything? Will Trump supporters? I'm not holding my breathe, but now they have no where to run. I mean its about perfect if you think about it. If they start dancing around now, its like, "Hey man, you want to double down on your support for sexual assault...be my fucking guest."
