Yeah, but the combination of lack of privacy (maybe that guy didn’t post or want that posted) means you may need to do what Connecticut does. If all employers hands are tied it’s not anti-business. As far as “shitty” people, I think that’s a little extreme. You can possibly believe everyone who has ever donned a MAGA hat is a shitty person.

Either part of an organization like that is trying to figure out how to deal with those issues. Not unilateral decide them and it couldn’t. But everyone is going to be offended by something. People constantly losing their jobs for what your describing is not going to be good for the country. And I agree, you’re pointing out reasonable nuances. If the guy gets a swastika tattoo, then that seems very different.
