I have one coworker who comes in late everyday and leaves early every day. We have a unlimited time off policy at our office and she is so "nice" to everyone they let her take advantage.

It annoys me to no end. I answer her phone more than here and our jobs as grain traders requires us to be on the phone a lot.

I get stuck having to pick up her slack and get the extra slack from my boss because she is never around. It irritates the fuck out of me. Yesterday I decided I am going to keep a log of her comings and goings. Because not only does she come late and leave early she often disappears for 30-40min multiple times throughout the day.

For the past month I have been the only person in my team that was worked Friday afternoons which makes me really want to take this one off.
