Thanks man for all this, it’s very informative. I agree with literally 90% of this so that’s good. However, I have a few burning questions that I would appreciate if you could help me understand it:
In regard to point 13: can parents still send their children to religious schools if they wish?
In regard to point 14: what does it mean by “abolishes all dependence of the press upon capital”?
In regard to point 15: Is the state funding meeting halls for people to use?
In regard to point 18: Are people forced to work?
In regard to point 23: Does the State reserve the power to “deprive” individuals of their rights when it sees fit?
In regard to point 64: Is it inferring that not everyone shall have the right to vote?
In regard to point 65: am I correct to say this means that not everyone has the right to vote?
In regard to Article 111: what does it mean by the phrase “unless otherwise provided for by law”?
In regard to Article 118: by “abolition of unemployment” does it mean that work is compulsory?
In regard to Article 123: is saying a racial slur, for example, without doing anything physical or harassing/stalking the victim “punishable by law”?
In regard to Article 124: is religious promotion (e.g. preaching) or using pro-religious propaganda allowed?
In regard to Article 125: does EVERYONE have these rights or just those that the state seems as “toilers”?
In regard to Article 126: would it be possible to form anything in the range of a libertarian organisation, to an anti-communist organisation, to a racial supremacy organisation like the KKK?
In regard to Article 129: is asylum available for everyone that is in danger and have no place safe to go except where they are seeking asylum, even if they are not a communist?
Thanks again for your views and once we get these sorted out I have a few more specific questions and then we can talk about implementation.
