French President Macron Calls to Stop Africa's Population Growth

Because they're hardworking people. Ever been to Africa?

My uncle sells various factory machinery and a lot of things are bought in poor countries, and he goes there to set them up and teach them.

They get an electric transformator in the village and it gets destroyed in a week, because they destroy it and steal the parts. Someone Australian was trying to start a business, bought a machine worth about 100k€, they brought it there and set it up. After like a month, the owner went back home and left a few of his old coworkers to watch out after the manufacturing. Random people joined with the employees to overturn them, they tied them and put them in cages, stole all copper wiring from the machine, rendering it completely worthless and useless and then selling the copper for some change.

The minority of people that try to succeed there, are just dragged down by everyone else. They refuse to learn and they refuse to work. I don't even understand why anyone's trying to help them anymore. Ever been to Johannesburg? Ever wonder why they still segregate themselves?
