Sound stops propagating right away, the only thing you can hear is the whistle of air through your pipe as the world shrinks around you. You sense something wrong, maybe something serious. Gravity triples. It keeps tripling. The world is folding out of you and you see through the threads of space-time. Neither space nor time have meaning as your mind's capacity for language begins to break down.

It all happens so fast. There's not even time to mourn this shattering-of-real. You try to use your judging language to describe what's happening, but there's no "you" to perform judgements.

You splatter directly onto the boundary and straight through the gate. Become the gate. The gate is opening from inside you and swollowing you whole. Vocabulary was developed for a different geometry than this.

The last thing your mind musters up is "I'm dying!" and then it dissolves without language to constrain it. What's left is the light that illuminates all awareness.

Your instinct is to look with your mind, but in its place is more. Beyond this place no words can even trace the miracle taking place inside you, outside you, pervading qualities and transcending all labels. This is infinite.

Then, some first vestiges of a mind capable of language reassemble and the community downloads something cosmic into you.

You feel you can wield your mind again, so you begin to label the surroundings, but the only qualitative label you can offer is "yes"

Am I dead?

"Yes"

is this God?

"Yes"

Where am I?

"Yes"

How long has it been?

"Yes" - The only observable truth

And suddenly you're back. Your vision is a little wobbly, and then it's like nothing ever happened, a taste like pine and red bull slowly fading from your lips while you grasp desperately to integrate any of that cosmic software update before it slips away like a dream
