Friend suffers Psychosis, dont know how to handle.

Sorry, Acedemic Level for me: Knowing some symptoms and such from a course of Psychiatry NPD seems reasonable because since ive known him, he never admitted to any kind off defeat in arguments and discussion and he always succeeds to have "right" in everything. Even if it comes down to a point where is completely disproven he will either change the subject so he will have right or he will just end it with a "I will check it later, i dont believe you" which essentially means: "I cant come up with an answer so I will not accept it and leave it hanging" then

but just to be clear, he is not making any sense, has very exaggerated emotional behaviour (laughing way to much for funny stuff), he is just blabbering about spiritual ideas that is not true even theologically in that specific religion. He thinks he is a prophet of some sort, he LOVES Conspiracy Theories and just sees them plainly as truth rather then conspiracies, he binge shops, tries to find people to force his ideas on, share facebook posts with wierd stuff to get confirmation and all of this started with him succeeding in some economic and academic/university achievements and "seeing dreams" and that he has a special mission. Most things he does is surrounded by the idea of being special or doing something one of a kind or knowing secrets no one else or very few people knows. Anytime anything happens in the world he seems to know why its happening, something no one else knows.

But the one person with NPD I met was very hold together, she was making sense and "normal" even though she had high ideas about herself, sort of like how my friend was usually, he thought high of himself but these psychosis like symptoms (parapgraph 2) didnt show. Now its like he is gone overdose on Narcissism? Its periodical. Would you still consider it NPD from all this info?
